Maintenance

By purchasing a maintenance license you are entitled to regular updates of the base system and a monthly quota of free support hours.

Hotline

During regular office hours our main office is staffed by more than 10 permanent employees who accept and process error messagess. For an additional fee, we offer an express response time of 24 hours.

Training

We offer introductory courses for auditors and audit managers at our office or at the customer’s headquarters. We can also coach audit manager in designing and implementing audit campaigns.
